DonnaBellas Angels grants limited royalty use permission to use the art on fundraiser t-shirts. The fundraiser goal must be to support patients and their caregivers. For example, oncology pediatric nurses at Texas Children's Hospital had a t-shirt fundraiser to help buy comfort items for their hospital's "Do Not Resuscitate" cart, or for walk teams fundraising for the American Cancer Society Relay For Life®.
We ask that the groups sign a contract to verify the limited art use and specify the fundraiser. DonnaBellas Angels does not use any of its funds to pay for third party fundraiser items. We will provide the art to a local printing shop for use. The item should include reference to DonnaBellas Angels (e.g. logo) and will require design review and approval prior to printing. We request that groups make a small donation back to DonnaBellas Angels after the fundraiser is complete.

Parkside Elementary Relay for Life Team in Baileyton, Alabama
DonnaBellas Angels received this 2011 email request asking permission to use the art:
"My name is Cynthia Bartle and I am a school nurse at Parkside Elementary and on our Relay for Life team. We have fallen in love with your Rainbow Angel and would love to use it on a t shirt. This speaks to us at school because we just lost one of our faculty members on Feb. 27 to cancer and we are working really hard to raise enough money for Relay as well as start a college fund for her daughter, she was a single mother of a 14 year old. The Rainbow Angel is perfect for our Relay t shirts and I would greatly appreciate if you could donate the print or however you do for us to be able to make t shirts this year. If you could please respond to me whether you are able to do this or not, thank you so much for your consideration in this matter."
DonnaBellas Angels gave limited use contract to the Parkside Elementary team to use the art on their t-shirt. The image to the left is the mock-up sample that the printing company offered. The bottom of the shirt notes "In memory of Dawn Trimble" and contains the DonnaBellas Angels logo.
Texas Childrens' Cancer Center (TXCH) in Houston, Texas
The pediatric nurses also used "Colorful Cancer Angel" for a t-shirt fundraiser. The front of the shirt had their logo and the DonnaBellas Angels logo on the sleeve. The t-shirt back featured the cancer angel painting. See more fundraiser t-shirt photos here.
As a clinic art donation, DonnaBellas Angels gave TXCH art prints that they used to decorate a respite room, as well as, prints for patients and their families. See more about the clinic art donation.
Doctor's Care Relay for Life Team
DonnaBellas Angels sponsored the team in providing art. The team donated money to DonnaBellas Angels to help with the printing costs. See the "Doctors' Care" team page on the American Cancer Society Relay For Life®. DonnaBellas Angels provided the team with use of the "Spring Hearts Cancer Angel" painting for their team t-shirt.The team was able to sell 574 t-shirts as part of their team fundraiser and credits DonnaBellas Angels art for help with their success!
